Broiler Chickens, Cornish Cross, available May, June, July, August and September and some currently available.
Whole bird: $3.25 per pound
Whole bird cut in 8 pieces: $3.50 per pound
Half bird cut in 4 pieces: $3.75 per pound

TurkeyTurkeys, Bronze Breasted: $3.79 per pound, available in November.  (Average weights expected to be 15 to 20 pounds)

Pigs, Berkshire Heritage Breed:
Rib-Roast$2.50 per pound hanging weight plus processing fees.  Processing fees run $90 for a half and $180 for a whole pig. You can pick-up your pork at our farm.
In 2016, the average hanging weight was around 180 pounds.
